Terms and Conditions

TABLETOP COUNSEL MEMBERSHIP 

1. plumleaf VPA may revoke the membership at any time for technical, security, or business reasons, including fraud prevention.
2. Membership begins on the date is it initiated and billed each month thereafter, until canceled. 
3. Membership is sold on a subscription basis and automatically charged to your payment method at the beginning of each membership period.
4. plumleaf VPA does not offer refunds on any fees and charges related to your membership, including partially used monthly membership hours.
5. Client can cancel membership at any time. 
6. Membership can be cancelled by following the instructions provided by your payment provider method. 
7. A notice period is not required to cancel your membership.
8. plumleaf VPA may document Tabletop Counsel sessions for task accuracy, audit and recordkeeping purposes. 
9. Signing up for a Tabletop Counsel membership assumes non-disclosure terms stipulating that plumleaf VPA will hold any and all proprietary or sensitive information shared by the client as confidential.
